Woollahra Public School, previously known as Woollahra Demonstration School for many years, is a main school located in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney, Australia in the suburb of Woollahra. As well as containing classes from kindergarten to year 6, it has offered education for Opportunity Classes of year 5 and 6 since the early 1950s The current principal is Cliff Hoey. Mr Wegg is the Assistant principal
It is one of the oldest public schools in Sydney, opening in 1877. It celebrated its centenary in 1977 and a time capsule was buried on the grounds. Approxemetly 80% of the OC class went into a selective school or got a scholarship into a private school
Mr Wegg left on the 29th of June 2008 And Miss Armstrong Has taken his place.
