  • Fix "that"/"which" errors
  • Fix "that"/"who" errors
  • Fix incorrect capitalization of ranks
  • Make sure articles about books, movies, games and other creative works are written in present tense
  • Eliminate single quotes
  • "X of [the] Y" -> "[the] Y's X" (more often than not)
  • On balance, remove the "or not" from "whether or not"s
  • Watch for properly-hyphenated compound modifiers
  • "Usage" -> "use"
  • Remove "It is interesting to note"s, "It should be noted"s, etc.
