Thomas Murchishon Giles, the 3rd Lord Smurch of Buckingham (Born June 16, 1991, in Birmingham), is currently a resident of Hall Green, formerly a region in the city of Birmingham, England. He is the 2nd in command of the Royal Army of B28, and has been since the states creation in late 2008. Although not recognised by many western states, Giles insists that the world take B28 seriously since the successful military coup that took place on September 19th 2008.
From the age of 15, Thomas was captivated by influential Hall Green politician Fazal Cheema, who believed Hall Green must be a free democratic nation. Thomas soon bought into this ideal, and from here his aim was to overthrow the oppressive British rule that had been in place on Hall Green for nigh on 1600 years.
Thomas Giles was educated in Hall Green under British rule at Hall Green School. He then went to the neighbouring area, Solihull to attend Solihull 6th form. However he was not as interested in education as he was in the freedom of his people. He rapidly became a lead figure amongst a growing community that was hostile to the British. The community was centred on Southam Road, Hall Green. It was from here on March 12th 2008, he lead a rally to the border of Hall Green and neighbouring Acocks Green. Although it was quelled, the impact of this rally quickly brought about a radical change in approach from the Hall Green community, a much more aggressive, yet strategic and solid approach. As a result they quickly established an area without British influence. The area that became B28 on 23rd September after the famous declaration of independence held on Robin Hood Island.
