King and a few others are repeated in the list, but that's an effort to keep the chronology correct. This template survived a request for deletion. The result of the discussion was deletion and listify.

I'm not going to delete a template used in a large number of pages, so someone else can listyfy it and then re-list the template for deletion if they wish. Dan100 (Talk) 11:56, August 10, 2005 (UTC)
