Minor cleeanupI fixed some grammar errors and style inconsistencies. The original author was not a native anglophone (though with excellent English ability) causing some grammar and usage errors, and a sentence style sometimes not optimal English. But later in the article it is disclosed that there were actually 4 tests, the fourth being "Green" , and having nothing to do with the tricolor. Perhaps it's true that that was the original ratioanle, but it'd be nice to see some supporting references.
