Svetly, prior to 1945 known by its German name Zimmerbude (Russian: Све́тлый; German: Zimmerbude, Lithuanian: Cimerbūdė) is a town in Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia, located on the coast of Vistula Bay 30 km west of Kaliningrad at 54°40′39″N, 20°7′54″E. Population: 21,745 (2002 Census).
It was founded in 1640 as Zimmerbude and was a part of East Prussia until 1945. In 1947, it was renamed Svetly. Town status granted in 1955.
