Straight is a term which may commonly refer to:

• The quality or state of extending in one direction without turns, bends or curves; or being without influence or interruption
• The personal character of displaying honesty or fairness
• A poker hand containing five cards in sequential ranked order
• An expression for a heterosexual person (as an antonym to queer or gay); see also straight acting
• A type of punch used in boxing, also commonly known as a Cross
• Straight, the second autobiography by British artist Boy George, co-written with author Paul Gorman
• Straight, the first album by German singer Tobias Regner
• Straight Records, a record label
• Straight, Inc., a now-defunct U.S. drug rehabilitation program for adolescents
• Straight, a way of requesting and/or serving a drink. Meaning just the spirit without any water, cordial (non-alcoholic or alcoholic), or other mixer (similar to Straight-up)
• Straight Bourbon is any Bourbon whiskey that has been aged at least two years

• Going straight, referencing a person who decides to no longer engage in criminal activity
• A member of the straight edge subculture
• A crack pipe
