Skoal tobacco is a dipping tobacco, marketed as smokeless tobacco. Skoal has been produced by US Smokeless Tobacco since 1934.
Cuts and FlavorsSkoal is a shredded tobacco product. It is known as Moist Snuff or American Snuff. Skoal is packaged in 1.2 oz tins. It is available in two textures, Fine Cut and Long Cut. Skoal Dry was discontinued and replaced with Skoal Snus to compete with Camel's snus products. Contrary to beliefcitation needed, there is no watermelon flavor currently available. Skoal will most likely not be producing any new flavors, rather, they might do similar things to what the have done with wintergreen, such as making flavors bolder.
