Skiens Ugeblad, "Ugebladet" for short, was a Norwegian newspaper, published in Skien.

Skiens Ugeblad was started in 1830 by printing press owner Peter Feilberg, as the first newspaper in Skien. It went defunct in 1839, but Feilberg returned almost immediately in 1840 with a new newspaper Bratsberg Amtstidende.1 It had no competing newspapers during its existence, the most nearby "rival" being Jarlsbergs og Laurvigs Amtstidende in Laurvig.2

Feilberg and Skiens Ugeblad was notably convicted of libel in 1837 and sentenced to pay 60 speciedaler; the complaint had been filed by County Governor Frederik Wilhelm Wedel Jarlsberg.2 For comparison, a yearly subscription to Skiens Ugeblad cost 2 speciedaler.2 The legal case contributed to the newspaper's demise.3
