Sjenica (Serbian Cyrillic: Сјеница, Bosnian: Sjenica) is a town and municipality in Zlatibor District of Serbia, in the region of Sandžak. According to the 2002 census, the town of Sjenica had population of 13,161, while the municipality had 27,970 people.
Note: Most of those who in 1991 census declared themselves as Muslims by nationality, in the next census in 2002 declared themselves as Bosniaks, while the smaller number of them still declared themselves as a Muslims by nationality.
