Siyəzən (also, Siazan’, Kisil-burun, Kyzyl-Burun) is a city and municipality in, and the capital of, the Siazan Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 22,192.

Its inhabitants are of Persian descent and speak a dialect of Persian called Tati of Caucasus. The word Siyazan is related to the Persian word Siyah (black).²³
