Sir Robert Burdett, 3rd Baronet (11 January 164018 January 1716) was an English politician.

The son of Sir Francis Burdett, 2nd Baronet and Elizabeth Walter, he was educated at Queen's College, Oxford. He was then called to the Bar by Gray's Inn in 1662. Burdett was Member of Parliament (MP) for Warwickshire from 1679 to 1681 and for Lichfield from 1689 to 1698. In 1696, he succeeded to his father's baronetcy.

Burdett was married firstly to Mary Pigot, daughter of Gervase Pigot and secondly to Magdalen Aston, daughter of Sir Thomas Aston, 1st Baronet. He was married thirdly to Mary Brome, daughter of Thomas Brome. He had one son by his second wife and was succeeded by his grandson Robert Burdett.
