The Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food (traditional Chinese: 衞生福利及食物局局長) was a ministerial position in the Hong Kong Government, who headed the former Health, Welfare and Food Bureau (HWFB). It was replaced by Secretary for Food and Health on July 1, 2007.

The position was politically appointed, and its term expired when the Chief Executive left office. The secretary was also a member of the Executive Council (ExCo).
