The Secretariat of the President of Ukraine (Ukrainian: Секретаріат Президента України) is an administrative body set up for the President of Ukraine. The main purpose of the Secretariat is to provide administrative, advisory, analytical, and legal assistance to the President. The Secretariat arranges communication and official statements between the President and the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Constitutional Court, local government bodies, and other institutions.

The Secretariat is composed of the Ukrainian first Deputy Head, Deputy Head, the President’s spokesperson, advisers to the President, the President's representative in the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Constitutional Court, and representatives of the President in other departments.

President Viktor Yushchenko ordered the establishment of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine in accordance with Clause 28 of Article 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine.1
