Sass Rigais (3,025 m) is a mountain in the Alps lying in nortwesten Dolomites, in Italy and part of the Geisler group (Le Odle). Sass Rigais offers as one of few Dolomites threethousands entire crossing top from one part to the second. Both footpaths are separate ways. Via ferrata Villnössersteig are categorized difficulty B/C and trail Sass Rigais steig with C. At the top is a crucifix.

Tourism in the area

Valley Val Gardena is ranked among the best known areas in Dolomites above all for skiing conditions. From here starts the renowned seesaw crossing after Sella Ronda that the has real sound abroad congress skiing.
