Sarah Morgan-Silvester (born 19591) is the Chancellor Elect of the University of British Columbia since July 1, 2008.2 Born in Victoria, British Columbia, she is an alumna of that university, having graduated in 1982. She is currently the chairman of the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority. She is also on the board of the David Suzuki Foundation.

She will be formally installed as the Chancellor On November 19, 2008.
