A Russian Chilean (Spanish: Chileno Ruso) is a person of Russian descent who lives in Chile. A small minority of Russians are mainly concentrated in Santiago but the ethnological aspect is Russians can be more than one ethnic, language and religious group.

In the 1900's the Tsarist parliament in Imperial Russia wanted to deport many of his convicts and political dissidents to Punta Arenas in the Magallanes province.

There is a White Emigre or post-Soviet Revolution (1910's) Russian community in Santiago with an Eastern Orthodox church, Jewish synagogues and a convent orphanage for local Chilean girls.
