Piazza al Serchio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lucca in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 90 km northwest of Florence and about 40 km northwest of Lucca. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,515 and an area of 27.1 km².^[1]

Piazza al Serchio borders the following municipalities: Camporgiano, Giuncugnano, Minucciano, San Romano in Garfagnana, Sillano.
