The Office of Manpower Economics is a non-statutory body set up to provide an independent Secretariat for each of the six Pay Review Bodies and the Police Negotiating Board and Police Advisory Board for England & Wales. It is funded by the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform.
