Oda Katsunaga (織田勝長, Oda Katsunaga^?) (1568-June 21, 1582) was a Japanese samurai of the Sengoku period through early Azuchi-Momoyama Period, who was the fifth son of Oda Nobunaga. Though he was a potential heir for Oda family headship, Katsunaga was ordered to be taken in by his aunt at Iwamura Castle at an exceedingly young age. However, as the castle was captured by forces under the Takeda in 1572, Katsunaga, then only four, became a hostage to the Takeda. Takeda Katsuyori returned Katsunaga to the Oda clan in 1581, where he was allowed the delegated hold over Iwamura castle. One year later, Katsunaga accompanied his father to Honnoji. When Akechi Mitsuhide attacked Honnoji and killed Nobunaga, Katsunaga was killed while defending the Nijō Palace (Nijō-gosho).

Katsunaga's son Oda Katsuyoshi became a retainer of Oda Nobukatsu; later, Katsuyoshi became a retainer of the Maeda clan of the Kaga Domain.
