Hatsu(初,Hatsu?) or Ohatsu or later Jōkō-in (常高院: 1570–September 30, 1633) was a niece of Oda Nobunaga. She was the second daughter of Azai Nagamasa and Oichi (the younger sister of Nobunaga).
Ohatsu was renowned for her beauty. She married the daimyo Kyōgoku Takatsugu in 1587. After the death of her husband in 1609, she took the name Jōkō-in.
With connections to both the Toyotomi and the Tokugawa, she served as a liaison between the rivals until in 1615 the Tokugawa eliminated Toyotomi Hideyori and his allies.
