The 2007 final of Nuestra Belleza Mexico was held on October 5, 2007 in the Profesor Manuel Bonilla Valle auditorium in the port city of Manzanillo, Colima. Thirty-four contestants competed for the title, which was won by Elisa Nájera of Guanajuato, who later competeted in the 2008 Miss Universe pageant. Najera was crowned by outgoing Nuestra Belleza Mexico titleholder Rosa Maria Ojeda of Sinaloa.
The contestants arrived in Mexico City on September 9, 2008 and two weeks later, after attending various events, moved on to the host city Manzanillo in the state of Colima, on September 20. In Manzanillo, the contestants took part in other events and appearances before the preliminary and final competition were held. Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2007 was hosted by former Miss Mexico Universe Jacqueline Bracamontes and actor Alfredo Adame, and was broadcast live on Televisa.
