Norton Mezvinsky is a Professor of History at Central Connecticut State University. Mezvinsky received his B.A. in history from the University of Iowa in 1954. He completed his M.A. and Ph.D. in history at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.1
Mezvinsky specializes in "U.S. history between 1877 and 1920, U.S. immigration history, the Arab-Israeli conflict, the history of Judaism, and terrorism in the post-modern world".1 With Israel Shahak, Mezvinsky co-authored Jewish Fundamentalism in Israel, a book criticizing the Israeli religious establishment. His views have been labelled "anti-Zionist" by Israeli advocacy groups such as CAMERA.2
Mezvinsky is the brother of former Democratic Congressman and convicted fraudster Ed Mezvinsky..3
