Northwestern Krai (Russian: Северозападный край), a part of the Western Krai, was a subdivision (krai) of Imperial Russia. It included the following six guberniyas:

• Vilna Governorate
• Kovno Governorate
• Grodno Governorate
• Minsk Governorate
• Mogilev Governorate
• Vitebsk Governorate

From 1870 to 1912, Grodno, Vilna, and Kovno Governorates were constituted as the Governor-General of Lithuania with its seat in Vilna.

• Vladimir Ivanovich Nazimov (1855—1863)
• Mikhail Nikolayevich Muravyov-Vilensky (1863—May 1, 1865)
• Aleksandr Lvovich Potapov (1868—1874)
