The North Concho River is a river in western-central Texas and one of three tributaries of the Concho River. The river is 88 miles (142 km) long. The other two tributaries are the Middle Concho and South Concho Rivers. The Concho River flows into the Colorado River (in Texas, not to be confused with the Colorado that flows through Arizona and Nevada). CourseThe North Concho river starts from Bell St. Bridge and continues through Downtown, past the Visitors Center, Santa Fe Golf Course, underneath U.S. Route 67, and continues until it is poured into O.C. Fisher Lake, north-west of San Angelo. After it swims around the lake, it continues past Grape Creek, Carlsbad, Water Valley, and then ends around Sterling City in Sterling County. References
