Namdapha National Park is the largest national park in India.It is located on the banks of the Brahmaputra River close to Miao in the Changlang District of Arunachal Pradesh . It is close to the borders between India and Myanmar. The river Noa-Dihing flows into the park lands.
Known as 'A botanist's dream'.
A bird sanctuary and tiger reserve.
The leopard, the tiger, the clouded leopard, White-winged Wood Duck and the Hoolock gibbon call this area home.
In the area is also Gandhigram on the north eastern fringes of Namdapha. A village of the Lisu Tribe and is the 'last village in India'
