Matheus Shikongo (born 1958 in Windhoek) is a Namibian politician of the South West Africa People's Organization (SWAPO) party and, since 1992, the present mayor of Windhoek, the capital of Namibia.
On July 6, 2000, Shikongo signed a treaty with Eberhard Diepgen, then mayor of Berlin, signifying the twin city partnership between the two.
Matheus Shikongo is also a member of the Executive Board in Namibian national power company "NamPower" with its headquarters in Windhoek.
