Manas County (Chinese: 玛纳斯县, Maneisi Xian; Uyghur: ماناس ناھىيىسى‎, Manas Nahiyisi, Manas Nah̡iyisi) is a county in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and is under the administration of the Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture. It contains an area of 9,174 km². According to the 2002 census, it has a population of 170,000.

The county seat is the old town of Manas (玛纳斯), located on the river of the same name just east of Shihezi.
