Professor Limberg Chero Ballena from Perú is a teacher who has used his profession to investigate relationship between tradition and learning process. His initiative and trust in his hometown Monsefú goes himself to create the Cultural Typical Fair of Exhibitions from Monsefú - FEXTICUM (acronym in Spanish)- where in fact, the cultural values of his town are kept with pride and commitment. The FEXTICUM is a unique social phenomenon in Peru that has originated numerous studies and publications at a worldwide level.
