The Limbaži District (Latvian: Limbažu rajons) is an administrative division of Latvia, located in the Vidzeme region, in the country's north-east, at the shore of the Baltic Sea. It borders Estonia in the north, the districts of Riga in the south and Valmiera in the east, and the Gulf of Riga in the west. It covers the territory of mediveal Livonian county of Metsepole. The main city in the district is Limbaži.
