Kitamatsuura (北松浦郡; -gun) is a district located in Nagasaki, Japan.

As of 2003, the district has an estimated population of 72,473 and a density of 215.35 persons per km². The total area is 336.53 km².

A planned merger of municipalities will be implemented around March 31, 2010; Emukae and Shikamachi will merge into the city of Sasebo.[1]
