KSKJ-CA and KSKP-CA are low-power Class A television stations in Van Nuys and Oxnard, California, broadcasting to their respective communities in analog on UHF channels 45 and 25 as independent stations. Founded May 29, 1993 and August 23, 1989, the stations are owned by Capital Broadcasting Corporation. The stations are affiliated with CoLours TV.

KSKJ-CA originally broadcast on channel 38, but moved to channel 45 to make room for KPXN-DT in Los Angeles, which operates on digital channel 38. As a result, co-channel interference occurs with KLAU-LP, also broadcasting on channel 45, in some areas.
