Juan P. Pérez (born September 3, 1978) is a Major League Baseball left-handed pitcher in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization.

The New York Mets purchased his contract from the Pawtucket Red Sox in November 2005, and optioned him to the Norfolk Tides in March 2006.[1][2] Perez was selected to play in the 2004 All-Star Futures Game.

The Pirates released Pérez on March 26, 2008[3] Pérez was resigned to a minor league contract on April 9, 2008.
