Itaquaquecetuba (better known as Itaquá) is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. The estimated population in 2006 is 352,755, the density is 4,313.46/km² and the area is 82 km². The elevation is 790 m. This place name comes from the Tupi language.

The city is served by CPTM (Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos) via line 12.
