Deutsch: Zustände eines metastabilen Systems: Zustand 1 ist gegenüber kleinen Störungen stabil und geht bei großen Störungen in Zustand 3 über. Zustand 2 ist ein instabiler Übergangszustand.

English: States of a metastable system: State 1 is stable for small disturbances but changes to state 3 for larger disturbances. State 2 is the labile transition state.
