ICM is a public opinion researcher based in the UK . It conducts surveys for, in particular, The Guardian , the News of the World , The Scotsman and the Sunday Telegraph . ICM is a member of the British Polling Council .[1]
When ICM was initially set up it stood for Independent Communications and Marketing . Over time ICM became the brand and it is now commonly referred to as that.
