The Humanist Party is a political party in France and is a member of the Humanist International, and the European Humanist Regional.

The candidate for Presidential Elections in France, 2007, was Alain Ducq, the Secretary General from the Party. However, the candidate was not accepted by the Electoral authorities of France^{citation needed}.
