HD Supply is one of the largest wholesale distributors of construction and maintenance products in the United States and Canada. It supplies contractors, builders and maintenance professionals. It was formerly a division of the world's largest home improvement retailer Home Depot, which sold it to three private equity firms in 2007. Annual sales at the time of sale were USD 13 billion.
