Gmina Krynki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Sokółka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, on the border with Belarus. Its seat is the village of Krynki, which lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) south-east of Sokółka and 45 km (28 mi) east of the regional capital Białystok.

The gmina covers an area of 165.91 square kilometres (64.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3,423.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Puszcza Knyszyńska Landscape Park.
