Ghilarza is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Oristano in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 100 km north of Cagliari and about 30 km northeast of Oristano. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,597 and an area of 53.5 km².^[1]

The municipality of Ghilarza contains the frazione (subdivision) Zuri.
