Five Mile Bay is a small suburb of Taupo, New Zealand.

It is located south of Wharewaka and north of Waitahanui on State Highway 1 just west of the Taupo Airport. On the east side is Lake Taupo.It is home to a popular swimming/water sking beach, though it has very few houses it gets very busy in summer
