fh is a digraph used in some languages. In Irish, it represents the lenition of f, which happens to be silent. Thus fh in Irish corresponds to no sound at all. For example, the phrase cá fhad "how long" is pronounced [kɑː ɑd], where fhad is the lenited form of fad [fɑd] "long".
