She made other TV appearances, including a memorable guest role on the sitcomOnly Fools and Horses as Corinne, the sharp-tongued wife of regular character Denzil (played by Paul Barber).
She left the production of Widows 2 due to disagreements with the production team and on 14 February1985, whilst on holiday in Miami, Florida she was found dead from a drugs overdose. Her death was declared as suicide. Widows 2 was broadcast nearly two months later, with the role of Bella having been taken over by Debby Bishop.
