Dirceu Lopes, full name Dirceu Lopes Mendes, (born September 3, 1946, in Pedro Leopoldo) was a Brazilian football player. He was attacking midfielder and forward, mainly with Cruzeiro.

He had 19 caps with the Brazilian national team (4 goals).^{citation needed}
