The system was published in

A.L. de Jussieu (1789). Genera Plantarum, secundum ordines naturales disposita juxta methodum in Horto Regio Parisiensi exaratam.
(available online at Gallica)

Note that this book is of great importance as a starting point of botanical nomenclature at the rank of family.
