Bay Pointe is a proposed development of ten apartment buildings in Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, Wales. It is set to provide 1,800 apartments including a 33-storey tower that will be the tallest in Cardiff and Wales at 403ft (122.8m).1 It is estimated that some apartments could have a price of £1,000,000.2. The development will be situated on the peninsula of Cardiff International Sports Village and provide 360 degree views of the surrounding area. It is one of a number of high-rise developments in Cardiff including the Glass Needle and Meridian Gate in the city centre.

As part of the Cardiff International Sports Village, it is hoped the project will be completed in time for Cardiff's role in hosting event of the London 2012 Olympics. 3
