Bagel toast (Hebrew: בייגל טוסט‎) is a modern Israeli snack composed of a very large, pressed, toasted bagel filled with cheeses and vegetables, and grilled on a Sandwich toaster. Bagel toast is commonly filled with hard cheeses, feta, green olives, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce or Ketchup, and hot sauce.

Bagel toast can be found at many coffee houses in Israel and is also popular at snack bars at community centers, public pools, and is also prepared as a casual snack in the home.
