Arctostaphylos glandulosa is a species of manzanita known by the common name Eastwood's manzanita. This shrub is native to the coastal slopes of western North America from Oregon to Baja California. This is an erect shrub reaching up to 2.5 meters in height. It is bristly and sometimes glandular, secreting sticky oils. It is quite variable in appearance and there are several subspecies scattered across its range.

Subspecies:

• A. g. adamsii - (Adams' manzanita) - native to the San Diego County mountains and Baja California
• A. g. crassifolia - (Costa Baja manzanita, Del Mar manzanita) - native to the San Diego and Baja coastline
• A. g. glandulosa - grows in the coastal ranges from Oregon to the San Francisco Bay Area
• A. g. glaucomollis - native to the San Gabriels and the San Bernardino Mountains
• A. g. mollis - found in the Santa Ynez and Santa Monica Mountains
• A. g. zacaensis - (Zaca's manzanita) - patchy distribution from the Santa Lucia Mountains to Baja California
