Alfons Gorbach (September 2, 1898, ImstJuly 31, 1972, Graz) was an Austrian politician who served as Chancellor of Austria from 1961-64.

From 1929-32, Gorbach was a municipal councillor in Graz. After the Anschluss with Germany in 1938, Gorbach was held as a political prisoner at Dachau from 1938-42, and again at Flossenburg from 1944 until the end of World War II.

A member of the Austrian People's Party, Gorbach was president of the National Council of Austria from 1945-53 and again from 1956-61. After his three years as Chancellor, he returned to the National Council where he served until 1970.
