5 is a brand of sugar-free chewing gum manufactured by the Wrigley Company and introduced to U.S. markets in March 2007 and in Canada in January 2008 at a retail price of USD $1.49 for a package of 15 sticks. Advertisements for the gum suggest it stimulates all five of the human senses. The brand features three classic flavors and two newer ones, each suggesting a unique effect on the chewer: Flare (not sold in Canada), cinnamon flavor, is said to warm as it's chewed; Rain, spearmint flavor, is said to tingle as it's chewed; and Cobalt, peppermint flavor, is said to cool as it's chewed. Wrigley has added two new flavors: Elixir, which has a berry taste and is said to make your mouth water as you chew, Lush, which has a tropical taste and is said to taste crisp.

The gum contains phenylalanine and soy lecithin. It is also notable that the gum has 5 calories per piece.
